Protocols
A written protocol for shelf life studies conducted at the customer site is provided which includes suggested processing procedures, length of storage, storage temperatures and data collection.
Sample Bags
Sample bags are provided for the shelf life studies with various O2 flux rates. The goal is to determine the best O2 flux rate for the customer product and process.
On Site Surveys
Our team members can visit customer processing plants to assist in solving processing and packaging problems related to shelf life.
